Q. How do I enroll for the service?
A. You can contact us by phone (330-571-5515) or email (kitnsit@yahoo.com). KIT-N-SIT® will contact you within 24 hours to schedule an appointment to discuss your needs, meet your cats, develop a pet profile, and schedule service.

Q. May I ask for visits at specific times?
A. Yes. We will make every effort to arrive at your preferred time, especially if you cat requires medications/injections.

Q. Does the same cat sitter take care of my cat all the time?
A. We will try to ensure that the same cat sitter works with your cat each day. In cases where an individual is not available, we will provide a fully trained (and informed) substitute from our staff of cat care specialists.

Q. Do you offer any sort of satisfaction guarantee?
A. If you are not 100% satisfied with the service provided, we will be happy to address your concerns and work to resolve any issues. We want to establish a lasting relationship with you and will make every effort to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Q. Are your cat care specialists reliable and trustworthy?
A. Yes, all KIT-N-SIT® cat sitters undergo a pre-employment screening process that includes reference and background history checks. As an added element of security we have comprehensive liability and bonding insurance.

Q. Who do I make the checks payable to?
A. All checks are payable to KIT-N-SIT®.

Q. Can I give my pet sitter a tip?
A. You can either give tips directly to your cat sitter, or to KIT-N-SIT® (100% of tips go directly to the service provider).

Q. May I contact your references?
A. Yes. They will be furnished on request.
